Shipping

Please note, all shipping fees, international customs or import fees and return shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. Packages are not insured over baseline USPS/UPS standards, if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. Lovecraft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We do our best to get your purchase to you quickly! Domestic shipments are sent either USPS Ground (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on weight. Please note, international shipments sent via First Class International usually take around 5-20 business days. For the best tracking and quicker delivery on International shipments please select UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We are happy to offer expedited shipping at checkout. 

Taxes, international duties, and tariffs

 Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Tariffs will vary depending on the country. We are not responsible for these fees or delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau or UPS or USPS worldwide with inquiries. 

Lovecraft is not able to provide Return Labels for International Customers.

Refused packages are still liable for all customs fees. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

Please note, all international shipments and all sale items are final sale. All returns are for shop credit only. Any returned item must be unworn and unwashed. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase if you have a concern. Returns must be received within two weeks of original delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.  Please note shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are a small, independent business and appreciate your understanding.
